Com Truise has got to be one of the most clever chill wave musicians in my opinion. The way he chops samples and loops is very reminiscent of the late J-Dilla. Often times I am left wondering why does Com Truise sample the songs he does like when he flipped the ending credits to Hideo Kojima’s Snatcher video game. This album has strong kick drums with rather trippy synth leads. Keeping the 80’s theme, this album has this dreamy 1980’s decoration. I enjoyed the album from beginning to end. This album is easy to get lost in. Alot of the songs start out rather boring but engage the listener quickly. This is a great album to load some bowls and play video games too. I’m guessing the title name may have something to due with music theory. This a great album. Full of random Com Truise sandwiches. You can download it here.
